Cancellation windows

Free cancellation — within 12 hours of payment, before fabric is cut.

Conditional cancellation — between fabric cutting and embroidery start: 80% refund (20% covers fabric and labour committed).

No cancellation — after embroidery has started or the garment is ready for dispatch.

How to cancel

Open the order, click Cancel, select a reason. If your cancellation is within the free window the refund is automatic. Outside the window, our team confirms refund eligibility within 24 hours.
