Browse designers, request a quotation with your brief and reference images, accept the quotation in your dashboard, and pay securely through PayU. Production begins immediately on payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Custom orders typically take 10–35 working days depending on garment complexity, embroidery and your designer’s queue. Each quotation states the committed turnaround.

Can I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel without charge within 12 hours of payment or before fabric is cut, whichever is earlier. After fabric is cut, our Cancellation Policy applies.

Can I return a custom-made garment?

Custom-made garments are non-returnable unless the delivery deviates materially from the approved quotation. See our Returns Policy for the full eligibility list.

How are payments protected?

Every payment is processed through PayU India over a PCI-DSS Level 1 secure environment. Funds are released to designers only on order milestones. See our Escrow Policy.

Is my data safe?

Do you ship internationally?

How do designers get paid?

Designers are paid in milestones — advance on acceptance, balance on dispatch — directly to their registered bank account. Asian Libaas’ platform fee is transparent and shown at quotation time.
