What can be returned

Ready-to-wear items in unworn, unaltered condition with original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-made garments only if the delivered garment deviates materially from the approved quotation (measurement, fabric, embroidery, colour) or is defective.

What cannot be returned

Custom-made garments that match the approved quotation. Items altered or worn. Innerwear, made-to-measure blouses, jewellery and any product marked non-returnable at checkout.

How to raise a return

Open the order in your account, click Raise Return, choose the item and reason. You will receive a return number and pickup details within 48 hours.

Inspection

Returned items are inspected on receipt. Acceptable returns proceed to refund within 5 working days. Disputed returns are decided by our QA team within 7 working days.
