Accepted methods
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI through PayU India. Card and UPI credentials are never stored on Asian Libaas servers.
GST and invoicing
All orders are invoiced with applicable CGST/SGST or IGST per the place of supply. Invoices are downloadable from your Orders page and emailed on order completion.
Refunds
Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy through the original payment instrument.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay refund resolution. We cooperate fully with bank and PayU enquiries.
