By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Asian Libaas.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to transact on Asian Libaas. Minors may use the platform only under supervision of a parent or guardian who is a registered user.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Marketplace role
Asian Libaas is an intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Designers and boutiques are independent third parties. Asian Libaas curates, verifies KYC and operates payment escrow but does not manufacture the garments.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors at any time before payment.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
Governed by our Cancellation, Returns and Refund policies which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Asian Libaas trademarks, AI mood-board outputs and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Designer artworks are owned by the respective designer.
Prohibited use
No fraud, no scraping, no impersonation, no off-platform solicitation, no infringement of third-party IP, no unlawful conduct. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the complete list.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the consumer’s right to approach their local consumer forum.
